cats are infinitely amusing. i've been doing laundry & the cat was sitting in a dining room chair. every time i walked by i would play with him. his favourite i'm sure was when i picked him up spun around & then put him back like i never walked by. he looked very confused. a few minutes ago i accidentily knocked my matches on the ground. he proceeded to stalk them & then pounce. he was disappointed when it didn't taste like catnip i think.

i've been working at unpacking finally. i only have winter clothes left to hang up. i figure i'll move my computer into my room today or tomorrow. hrm. i wonder if my mom will cancel my home phone in the near future. i don't really use it unless i'm at home & i don't plan on living there for any extended period in the future.

compared to the summer before last - this past summer was great. i may not have had anyone to hang out with excluding the time suzanne was there but i got along with my parents for the most part & i lived in a clean house. i had a job where i made reasonable amounts of money & i could stay online as long as i like. sigh. don't get me wrong - i love austin but houston has student discounts on movies. & there was a hollywood video near my house.

i need a job soon. i'm beginning to get to the point where i don't care what kind of job it is just as long as it's not physically demanding, doesn't have late hours & pays decently. i'm going to see about volunteering at the state mental hospital. it's near campus & it'll give some experience you know. things like that are important.

i'll be graduating soonish. i only have 2 more full semesters & a couple summer school type classes to take. basically my last semester will only be like 6-9 hours which will rock. & if i plan it right, i'll be able to take any class i want. because they'll be elective hours. so i could take like art for non majors & stuff. cool huh? yes i know i am.

the coolest person in the world is buying me anime i hear. chris rocks. i'm too lazy to put a link here but he's in my buddy list.

oh speaking of people who are cool. mr. i'll design your site gave me a tease image & then disappeared himself. grrrr. *shakes fist at arkham13* i mean if you can't finish at least tell the other person don't just leave them hanging. sigh well i can at least use the campus computers cuz they have adobe. they also tend to crash if you run adobe + anything else. but it'll have to do.
